Open the file downloaded, and extract it anywhere you want in its own folder. For simplicity state, extract it to:

Here's a list of the program switches, and a brief description of what they do.

-f          Fullscreen Mode
-w          Mode (default)
-1024       Sets Resolution to 1024x768
-1280       Sets Resolution to 1280x1024
-1280x960   Sets Resolution to 1280x960
-1280x800   Sets Resolution to 1280x800
-1400       Sets Resolution to 1400x1050
-1600       Sets Resolution to 1600x1200
-1920       Sets Resolution to 1920x1200
-2048       Sets Resolution to 2048x1536

Why would you want to create a shortcut? So you can run it with the above switches.
